For help with your account, billing, a bug, or a privacy request, email info@kerstara.com. You may also use the support option inside the app. Include what happened, your device model, and any error message. Please leave client details and other sensitive information out of your first message.
Getting started and client work
Set up your business information, then add client profiles, notes, preferences, services, and follow-up dates as needed. For help with sign-in, client records, appointments, scheduling, or Kerstara Assist, email support with a description of the issue. Review AI drafts before sending them.
Plans and feature access
Free includes core client management with ads in eligible areas. Plus+ adds ad-free premium workflows. Pro includes advanced client-aware assistance. Eligible accounts may receive a three-day Pro feature trial with two Pro AI uses; this is an account feature trial, not an Apple subscription trial. Rewarded ads may unlock an eligible action outside Professional Care.
How do I manage a subscription?
Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed through Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Kerstara, then choose the available option. To restore purchases, use Restore Purchases in the app, with the Apple Account used to subscribe. If your plan is still missing, email billing@kerstara.com.
How do I request a refund?
For a purchase through Apple, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
How do I request account or data deletion?
Email info@kerstara.com to request deletion of your account and associated data. See the account deletion page for details. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
