Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Kerstara Client Studio and its website. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Kerstara

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity through your login.

Your client information

You retain responsibility for the client information and other content you enter. You must have the rights and permissions needed to collect and use it, keep it accurate where appropriate, and comply with laws that apply to your work. Do not use Kerstara as your only copy of important business records. We may process your content as needed to provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, purchases, and renewals

Kerstara may offer a Free plan, Plus+, and Pro. Subscription options and the price, billing period, and any trial terms are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm. App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple under its terms. Unless canceled before renewal, a subscription renews automatically at the disclosed price and interval. Manage or cancel through Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For Apple purchase refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem.

Feature trials and Professional Care

Eligible Free users may receive a three-day Pro feature trial with exactly two Pro AI uses. This is a Kerstara account-level feature trial, not an Apple subscription trial. Professional Care provides stricter privacy-conscious workflows for sensitive professional work; it is not a promise of regulatory compliance. Rewarded feature unlocks are not available inside Professional Care. Promotional or private access, when offered, may have separate eligibility conditions communicated in the app.

AI features and ads

AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Review any suggestion, message, or action before using it, especially when it concerns a client or a consequential business decision. You remain responsible for decisions and communications made using the app. The Free plan may include ads, and eligible locked actions may offer one-time access after a rewarded ad. Availability can vary by feature and region.

Third-party services and account security

Features may depend on Apple, RevenueCat, AI providers, advertising partners, and cloud infrastructure. Their services may have separate terms. Keep your account credentials secure and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kerstara to violate law, infringe another person's rights, access another account without permission, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, or submit information you are not permitted to process. We may restrict access if needed to protect the service or others.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and your purchase rights. We strive to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. Kerstara is a business support tool and does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You may stop using Kerstara and request account deletion using the deletion instructions. We may suspend access for a serious violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law. Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice where required. Questions about these Terms can be sent through Support.
