Kerstara Client Studio (“Kerstara,” “we,” “us”) helps professionals manage client relationships and related work. This policy describes information handled through the app and this website.

Information involved

• Account information: Details you provide to create or manage an account, such as an email address and account settings.
• Client information: Names, contact details, notes, and other information you choose to enter about your clients. You control what you add and should have a lawful basis to use it.
• App and device information: Information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service, such as device details, app events, diagnostics, and approximate network information.
• Purchases: Apple handles App Store payments. We may receive subscription status and transaction identifiers to provide the plan you purchased; we do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
• AI requests: If you use an AI feature, the content you submit and relevant client information selected for that task may be processed to provide its result. Review the result before using it with a client.
• Advertising: The Free plan may display ads and offer rewarded ads for eligible actions. Advertising providers may process device or interaction information, subject to your choices and applicable platform permissions.

How Kerstara features use information

Client profiles may include contact details, notes, preferences, relationship memory, client history, tags, status, booking intent, appointments, follow-ups, and services or pricing you add. Kerstara Assist can process your request and relevant business information; client-aware Pro assistance may use selected client context and approved relationship memory to draft a response. Review drafts before sending or relying on them. Professional Care provides stricter privacy-conscious workflows for sensitive professional work; it is not a statement of regulatory compliance.

How information is used

We use information to provide and improve the app, maintain accounts and subscriptions, answer support requests, protect the service, and deliver features you choose to use. We may use limited information to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Who may process information

Service providers that host the app, provide AI capabilities, process analytics or diagnostics, or serve ads may process information for these purposes. OpenAI may process AI feature requests; RevenueCat may process subscription entitlement data; Google AdMob may process eligible advertising interactions. Cloud infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the service. Apple processes App Store purchases under its own policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Your choices

You can choose what client information to enter and whether to use optional AI features or rewarded ads. You can manage iPhone privacy permissions in your device settings and subscriptions in Apple settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, use Kerstara support. Requests involving information you entered about your clients may require you to verify your account.

Storage and security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login details private and avoid entering information you do not need for your work.

Retention

Information is kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app. Deletion requests may not immediately remove limited records we must keep for these purposes.

International processing and rights

Service providers may process information in other countries. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Children

Kerstara is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact support.
