Delete your Kerstara account
How to request account and associated data deletion.
Request deletion
Send an email to info@kerstara.com from the email associated with your Kerstara account. Include “Kerstara account deletion” in the subject. If you cannot access that mailbox, tell us and we will explain how to verify ownership. Do not include client details or passwords in your first email.
What happens next
We may verify that you control the account before acting on the request. The request covers the account and client information associated with it, subject to records that must be retained for legal, security, dispute, or other legitimate obligations. We will explain applicable exceptions in our response. If you have trouble completing a deletion request, email the same address for support.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account or app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage it separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
